Teamcraft monthly prize draw

These terms apply to the monthly prize draw offered alongside the Teamcraft demo. Entering the draw means you accept them.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Manageable Limited ("Manageable"). Contact us at team@manageable.works.

2. Who can enter

The draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, except employees of Manageable and their immediate families. You must enter in your own name using an email address you are entitled to use.

3. How to enter

Play a round of the Teamcraft demo, then submit your name and work email address on the summary screen. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entry depends only on submitting those details: you do not need to share Teamcraft, subscribe to anything, or agree to any other email.

4. One entry per person per draw

Each person receives one entry per monthly draw, however many games they play. Entries are identified by email address, and duplicate entries for the same draw are removed.

5. Draw periods

A draw runs for each calendar month, measured in UTC. Entries submitted during a month are entered into that month's draw, and entries close at the end of the month.

6. Prize

One winner per monthly draw receives a £100 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher, sent by email. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. Manageable may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not connected with it in any way. The voucher is subject to Amazon.co.uk's own gift card terms and conditions.

7. Winner selection and notification

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries for that month and notified by email within 14 days of the draw closing. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of notification, Manageable may redraw. The name of the winner is available on request by writing to the contact address above.

8. Your data

Manageable uses the name and email address you submit to administer the draw, to unlock your next Teamcraft round, and to understand which organisations are trying Teamcraft. Email about Teamcraft and about other ways to learn management is optional, is asked for separately when you enter, and is never a condition of entry. You can withdraw from the draw, or from those emails, at any time by writing to the contact address above.

9. General

Manageable may amend these terms or withdraw the draw where reasonably necessary, and will publish any change on this page. Manageable's decision is final in respect of all matters relating to the draw. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
